Delivery Guarantee
After pickup of your luggage or golf bags, if our transportation company does not get your items to your final destination within 24 hours of its scheduled delivery date/time, (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays),that portion of the shipping charges is WAIVED. Delivery guarantees do not apply if the non-delivery results from weather-related delays, mechanical related problems, strikes or job actions, acts of God or other elements beyond our control.

GBS is only acting as an agent for the shipping carrier(s), GBS cannot be held liable for the actual performance of the carriers’ shipping services, GBS is only responsible to make a claim on behalf of you with our shipping carrier(s).

Insurance Coverage for Lost or Damaged Bags
Our transportation company covers each shipment up to $100 should your baggage be lost permanently or damaged extensively unless additional insurance (up to a total declared value of $5,000 per shipment) is purchased at the time of placing the order. Our shipping company will make the final determination of the value of the lost bags or damages to the bags. Insurance coverage only applies to the time upon shipment pickup until shipment delivery. It does not apply to any time before a shipment is picked up or after a delivery has been made and completed.

GBS is only acting as an agent for the shipping carrier(s), GBS cannot be held liable for the actual performance of the carriers’ shipping services, GBS is only responsible to make a claim on behalf of you with our shipping carrier(s).

Scheduled Pickup of Bags and Non Pickup of Bags
All times for scheduled pickups are the shipping carrier’s best estimations. GBS is only acting as an agent for the shipping carrier(s). GBS cannot be held liable for the actual performance of the carriers’ shipping services. If the shipping carrier fails to pickup your luggage or golf bags during the estimated time period or does not pickup because the shipping kit has not arrived or is delayed, GBS will 1) reschedule for the next available pickup time with the shipping carrier OR You may drop off the bags at any FedEx location 2) if you choose to cancel the shipment, GBS will make the refund without any cancellation penalty.
